Refund policy

Under consumer law regulations, if you wish to request an exchange or refund for any reason other than those specified, you have a 14-day window upon receipt of your goods to exercise your right to cancel, provided the products remain unused and are still in their original packaging (sealed). Please be aware that shipping costs or return postage cannot be refunded.
