Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders within UK, we offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. If you need your items sooner, we also provide expedited shipping options during checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we are thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to most countries. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship to certain destinations due to international sanctions and regulatory restrictions. Currently, we do not deliver to: Crimea, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Belarus, Cuba, Sudan, Myanmar, and Afghanistan.

Return

Under consumer law regulations, if you wish to request an exchange or refund for any reason other than those specified, you have a 14-day window upon receipt of your goods to exercise your right to cancel, provided the products remain unused and are still in their original packaging (sealed). Please be aware that shipping costs or return postage cannot be refunded.

We assure you that all our products adhere to merchantable quality standards as per your statutory rights.
